>> The Canon PowerShot SD600 has sold in the millions, so you're likely to have one or at least know somebody who does, but do you know other tricks it can do. If you want to show off the pictures on your camera to a crowd it can get awfully cramps staring at the screen. I'm Tom Merritt from CNET.com, here's a Quick Tip on how to hook up your SD600 to your TV. First you need to turn off your camera and turn off your television. Then reach in the box, pull out the AV cable. It's the one with the yellow and black connectors like this. Now, plug the mini jack end here, in to the camera. The jack is under the door labeled AV out. Next, attach the yellow connector to your TV's composite video input. It's usually yellow colored as well, like this one. Then connect the black one to your TV's audio input, which maybe red or black or white. Unfortunately, it's a mono connector, so, if you don't have a mono audio input on your TV, you'll just have to hook it up to either the left or the right channel. Now, turn on your camera, then, turn on your TV. Put the camera in Play mode. You can now play a slideshow or even play a video. If you put the camera back into Camera mode, you can use it as a spy cam. Attach a video recorder and you can even record the input like a security camera. That's it for this Quick Tip, I'm Tom Merritt for CNET.com.
