Hey, what's up guys, it's Brian Tong with CNET here on the floor at CES 2008. We're here in Panasonic's Booth and we're gonna be talking about their latest high-def Blu-ray Player. It's the DMP-BD50. It has a few really cool features, one of them is it will come loaded with the final standard profile of Blu-ray. So all those features you've been waiting for they're all loaded in here. Now, another cool thing, it has an SD card slot, so you can play your JPEGs, but also the AVC-HD codec. So, high-definition video on the little cards, this guy has it. And the final feature really cool is the BD Live port. So, basically on the back it's an Ethernet port, so, let's say your friend in San Francisco has a BD50, you in New York has a BD50, and there's an interactive game on the Blu-ray disc of Aliens versus Predator. So, here we go, we got player one over here, we have player two over there, so during the movie, both of the BD50 players will talk to each other. You can play the game together, just like that, crazy stuff. So, there you have it, once again, I'm Brian Tong at CNET at CES 2008 with the BD50 from Panasonic.
