Nokia has unveiled it first and only MeeGo operating system based smartphone called N9.
The sleek-looking phone is a demo of what things might have been if the company has decided not to move the windows phone.
It features a large 3.9-inch AMOLED curve screen where apps actually look like
they're floating on top of the screen.
In addition, the phone has no buttons on the front and features an 8-megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens.
The casing is made of polycarbonate that Nokia claims has superior reception performance, and the finally, the phone supports Dolby sound, which can turn stereo audio into surround sound on any headphone.
HP has announced it's officially pre-orders with touch based tablets with webOS.
The touchpad is set to shift on July first with prices comparable to the iPad 2 with the 16 gigabyte
with Wi-Fi starting at $499, while the 32 gigabyte for $599.
The touchpad will be available at an assortment of retailers including best buy, Wal-Mart, Rasio Shack, amazon.com, Office Depot, and Costco.
Now, if both the HP touchpad and the Apple iPad 2 are little to reach for your money, you might wanna check out the new Acer Iconia Tab A100.
Reports are servicing that the android 3.0 powered tablet, will run for just $349, which
available at Wal-Mart, but comes packed with the Tegra 2 processor, a 2-megapixel front camera, 5-megapixel rear facing camera, but only 8 gigabyte of storage and a 7-inch screen.
Microsoft has updated its SkyDrive Cloud-based storage system.
The upgrade utilized new HTML5 technology to speed up common task like clicking on folder and navigating albums.
According to Microsoft, these are actions now just take a 10th to a 3rd of a second comparable to up 9 seconds before.
HTML5 view now has a dynamic Mosaic view of all your photos, which now retain their original aspect ratio.
The Sony PlayStation 3 is getting a new update that promises to be both lighter and less power hungry.
The PS3 slims way almost a pound larger than their older brother, but perhaps even better for your pocketbook.
The new PS3 used 30 watts less power.
Otherwise the new models are the same as heavier PS3, cost the same, and carry the same 320 gigabyte hard drive.
Verizon will move to drop unlimited data plans as soon as July 7th.
According to the blog, Droid Life and all "D" a 2 gigabyte plan was started 30 dollars a month with additional tiers at $50 a month for 5 G and $80 a month for 10 G. Chattering will reportedly cost an extra $20 a month, but users will receive an extra 2 gigabytes.
Overdues will be assessed at $10 for each extra G. Unlimited data users or grandfather in though, and leaves Sprint
with the only truly data plans.
