Hello, my name is Telmo.
And this is the LG VL600 4G USB modem from Verizon.
Now, this is a device that you can plug into any Windows computer and allows you to connect to the internet via cellular signal.
Mobile internet access is not very new, and generally significantly slower than that of your broadband at home.
Such as DSN or cable.
[unk] with this modem.
[unk] testing the VL600 can offer [unk]
speed around 12 megaB per second.
Or in other words, it can download a full DVD movie in less than 9 minutes, and a full 10 [unk] Blu-Ray movie in about an hour.
And chances are, at this speed that's exactly what you wanna do- downloading and streaming hi-def movies.
The problem is Verizon offers the VL600 with just 2 [unk] plans, the top [unk] that costs $80 a month includes only 10 gigabytes of data.
And the other plan costs $50 a month and comes with just 5 gigabyte of data allowance.
So with this [unk] you can literally blow through your monthly cap of data in just an hour or so.
The modem works really well.
It's rather bulky but it's portable enough to be carried on the go.
It has a lid that protects the USB head when not in use, and comes with a clip holster as well as [unk] in case you want to keep it away from the port.
