I'm Nicole Lee, senior associate editor for CNET.com and this is the first look at the LG Optimus T for T-Mobile.
It is billed as an entry-level Android smartphone.
On the front here is a 3.2-inch HVGA display.
Underneath that you do get the usual Android hard sensor keys.
On the side, you do get the volume rocker.
On the top is a 3.5-mm headset jack as well as the screen lock key.
On the back is a 3.2-megapixel camera lens.
The Optimus T comes with Android 2.2.
It is very functional.
It has GPS, stereo Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, as well as access to T-Mobile's 3G network.
It also has mobile hotspot capabilities.
That means you can share Wi-Fi up to five different devices.
Even though we have not heard of pricing as of this time, we have heard from T-Mobile that it will be very affordable.
The LG Optimus T will be available later this year.
