Join us on Google's small world-style theme park ride at CES

So Google apparently brought a ride to CES. Apparently, it shows how Google Assistant can help through the twists and turns of life. They tell us it's not a roller coaster, more of an it's a small world sort of thing. But we don't know, we're gonna go take a look. [MUSIC] [MUSIC] Wake up. Wake up I'm running over the airport. Whatever you do please don't forget the cake for grandma's birthday tomorrow okay? Okay lots of Google Home devices all about. They had a quick intro in which they're telling a story like a Pixar story of a father who needs to take care of his kids and bake a cake. So it's set up as a storytelling and admittedly marketing experience. [MUSIC] Hey, Google. Play the Google Assistant ride. Playing the Google Assistant Ride. [MUSIC] [MUSIC] Okay, it's a small world. So again, we've got the adventure of a father trying to take care of his kids. Keeps things maintained, just crayon on the walls. [MUSIC] I'm guessing this is the before part of it, with all the chaos. [BLANK_AUDIO] And now sound of music style where like, gathered for presentation. You guys see that robot on the skate board its pretty cool? Hey google take me to the bakery. Ok starting navigation. And now there is apparently a grand adventure to get cake. I can't think of a more noble goal. [MUSIC] And guess what folks, we're not even half way. Hey Google, send Jay my eta. Okay message sent. Thank you. Okay so they did this send my eta thing there and that's one of the new features they're rolling out to the phones. And I am getting a vibe of it's a small world but more Pixar than creepy. And I appreciate that. [MUSIC] [LAUGH] [MUSIC] Hey everybody look there's a camera. Smile, make it look like you are having the time of your life. Hey Google, forward that email about the cake. Here is what I found. Okay so they rerouted us and now we are about to get back hopefully with the actual cake. Feel everything [UNKNOWN]. For Pete's sake, how you gonna ask for that, okay? Hey, Google, be my French interpreter. [FOREIGN] We're seeing interpreter mode, which is really cool. [MUSIC] you make the best cakes I ever did see. I'm pretty sure [UNKNOWN] does come with talking macaroons, so that's a nice addition there. [MUSIC] Stay still as quiet as a mouse. Here she comes a birthday girl. Are you ready to surprise her On the right of Grandma's at the front door. [MUSIC] Party mode. [MUSIC] Now when you left another photo [UNKNOWN] take a group selfie. Okay opening the app [MUSIC] Well, that was a hell of a ride, trials and tribulations, tears, joy, merriment, and through it all I think we've grown as people. And now we know that no matter what happens, we can always get cake.
