Huawei's P8 Lite is an affordable and sleek unlocked phone
Hello everybody, I'm Lynn La for CNET.
And today I have with the Huawei P8 Lite.
As a scaled down version of Huawei's current flagship, the P8, the P8 Lite sports mid tier specs for a more affordable price.
It sports a slim, lightweight design and is equipped with a five inch, 720P HD display.
The dual sim handset is powered by a non-removable 2.2 ampere hour battery, and a 1.5GHZ Snapdragon Octa-Core processor.
On the back, there's a 13 megapixel camera that can record 1080p video, and on the front there's a 5 megapixel shooter.
It also features two gigs of RAM and 16 gigs of internal storage with the option to extend up to 32 gigs.
Now the phone does run a routed data version of google's mobile OS and android 4.4 Kitkat.
Instead of the more recent 5.0 Lollipop.
But it's neater interface from [UNKNOWN] called emu 5.30 does have some neat features.
This includes different design themes, a quick launch camera command.
And a harassment filter where you can manage blocked messages, calls, and contacts.
Unfortunately, there is no centralized app [INAUDIBLE] which does risk cluttering your home screen if you have a lot of apps.
The handset is available for $250.
$250 unlocked in both black and white through Amazon, or through Huawei's online store.
Again, I'm Lynn, and you've been checking out the P8 Lite.
