I'm Jessica Dolcourt for cnet.com taking a first look at the Huawei Ascend II for Cricket Wireless.
Now, this is a really fun looking touchscreen Android 2.3 Ginger Bread phone and definitely comes with a QWERTY keyboard as well so you'll be able to operate it by touching and you'll also be able to compose all of your messages by using the QWERTY keyboard down below.
I definitely like the portrait mode because it makes it really easy to access without you having to turn the phone side ways.
The phone has a 3.2-inch display that would be a little bit small in its own, but there is this keyboard here for added support so it doesn't feel too scrunched when you're looking at things.
There is a 3.2 megapixel camera on the back and one of the major features is move music.
With that, you'll be able to download unlimited songs,
ring tones, ringback tones, and the like.
There is support for a wi-fi hotspot and because it is Cricket's network, it will surf 3G speeds.
The phone costs $139.99 that's without a contract with Cricket Wireless.
