The newest Barbie dolls is now a hologram.
With the tell hello Barbie hologram a fully animated Barbie lives inside this box available to answer a childs questions, set reminders or just dance to music all you need to say is the magic word hell Barbie followed by a command Mattel showed off its latest evolution of Barbie at the New York Toy Fair, and it created a larger Barbie hologram to help with the demonstration.
You can ask Barbie a series of questions like, hello Barbie, what's the weather in Malibu, California?
Let's see, 72 and sunny.
Of course Barbie has her characteristic peppiness with every reply.
She can dance to preprogrammed music, but also dance to your own songs.
A bluetooth speaker.
She can keep track of certain details like a child's birthday and set reminders for different activities.
Mattel hasn't confirmed yet all the specifics of her abilities, or how much she'll cost, but we'll know closer to her release this fall.
Best of all, this Barbie can be the Barbie you want her to be.
Your personal, hologram, best friend Barbie can be set of different skin tones, ethnicities, and body types.
All you have to say is "Hello Barbie." Change my Barbie.
But you'll have to wait a little longer if you want to chat with a hollow Ken.
