[INAUDIBLE]
We're here at the Google booth.
It's gigantic.
You got friends at Google Assistant stuff over there.
You got Pixel stuff over there.
Nest, Stadia.
You actually see this stuff pretty much at every Google event.
But the real thing is an experience.
We're gonna go up these stairs and try out something new.
[MUSIC]
So we've been waiting in line for a long time, Now, I don't know how great this Google Assistant journey is, but it better be really great for this line.
Now, we got in early So this line isn't as long as it could be.
Who knows how long it would take for anybody else to get in.
We're very lucky to be able to get in eventually.
We're finally going into Google Assistant journey.
And the first thing we see is a washing machine and dryer.
All six of you will have an opportunity to speak with the Google assistants in different environments.
Is everyone ready?
Let's do it.
Awesome, let's head on in.
There's a second door.
There you go, watch your step right there.
So this is what's been hidden behind the door the whole time.
Another group of weary travelers, and yet, in their eyes, somehow a glimmer of curiosity.
Remains.
That's me, I'm number one apparently.
So I'm gonna say, hey Google, play some music.
Okay, playing the Change of Plans soundtrack.
Go ahead and grab whatever seat you would like.
Calling shotgun.
[LAUGH] Shotgun rules apply even in fake cars.
[MUSIC]
The doors are bolted open.
There we go, and with that, they're off.
[MUSIC]
So last week they had a roller coaster, today they have simulation.
Whoa, trippy.
We're in Brooklyn.
So now, as they accelerate at an axhilerating pace towards their destination.
What's this, a call from Jen?
Could this be a, [INAUDIBLE] Hey, so a little bit of a huge problem.
I just called [UNKNOWN] and they're out of bacon and [UNKNOWN] risotto burritos.
What are we gonna do?
Nature's Bounty grocer.
Let's go.
The grocery store But Corbin, we'll make the burrata burritos ourselves.
Burrito emoji, bacon emoji, fire emoji.
That was the change of plans and now we're going to the grocery store.
Come on through.
[MUSIC]
Our heroes are so astounded by the Google Assistance helpfulness that they break into spontaneous
[MUSIC]
[INAUDIBLE] applause.
Yay.
Yay.
[MUSIC]
White wine, italian parsley, flour tortillas, chicken stock, parmesano reggiano, red pepper.
I need a store that does this when I look for stuff.
So picture if you're gonna use google system this way.
You go to a supermarket with lights everywhere.
And.
Your oven is connected.
Otherwise this doesn't make a lot of sense.
Reading chapter Your Business Fears on Google Play Books.
I'll go back to where you stopped last time.
You ever been to a kids' play?
That's what this feels like.
It just feels like, let's go do this thing.
Watch your step.
Wait, I think, [UNKNOWN] I think that they maybe possibly just did it.
Can you tell?
[LAUGH]
[INAUDIBLE] is at the front door.
Wow, we made this happen all together.
You actually did it.
They're magnetized.
Even Miriam.
[MUSIC]
So, we just finished a change of plans, a Google-assisted journey.
We had Ups and downs and corn ball dialog and everything.
The whole main idea was to see what Google Assistant could do for your daily life and there are things I had seen before, smart ovens, smart instant pots, smart faucets.
If things work as well as it did in the demo, I think life would be really easy.
Do things really work that well in real life?
Maybe not but we'll get there some day.
We're gonna end the Google experience [UNKNOWN] With the slide.
Let's do it.
[SOUND] So this has been the Google both at CAS 2020 and it's wonderful here, wonderful.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
[MUSIC]
Souvenir.
You think I should take this with me?
Probably not.
I think I hit the lady.
