Smart Gardener will also send you reminders for how and when to tend to your garden and help you keep a journal.
If you're just interested in an app to remind you about watering, try the $3 iPhone app, Waterbug.
Input your plants, get info about their water and sunlight needs, and the Apple will notify you when it's time to give them a little love.
Finally, check out that Parrot Flower Power Center to track your plant's vital signs.
At 60 bucks a pop you're not gonna buy one for each plant, but it'll be helpful tracking the moisture levels, sunlight, and fertilizer for problem plants and the data syncs with an app over Bluetooth.
