So, we want to invest in being the best productivity application on the planet.
We think we have one of the most meaningful artificial intelligence opportunities.
As a company as well.
We wanted to invest in our product, we wanted to invest into our team and to do that of course we needed to maintain the profitability of our company.
So we were a cashflow positive company and that's important for us to continue that type of investment.
We have a very loyal user community and in fact we saw our conversion rates go up.
When we raised our prices which is very counter intuitive and we have our retention rates which are the highest in the company's history.

We've invested heavily in the technology underpinning us.
So the ability to search across your content, to synch In real time and then to have a delightful editing experience we've made varying significant improvements in each of those areas.
One of the things that people are trying to do is use our product with more than one person, and so they're sharing whether that's within their family or at work.
So we can improve the sharing experience.
We've also started to experiment with machine learning and artificial intelligence, so we can power innovation.
One of those is voice input, so the ability to capture notes in Evernote by using your voice, so we now say Siri integration a few weeks ago.

It's best to do one thing and do it really, really well.
This is all we do.
We created this category.
We are the pioneers, literally, in this category of digital productivity.
And we wake up every morning And this is all we focused on, so others maybe have this as part of a broader set of investments, this is all we do, we're constantly listening to our users and our community, we use them as part of our R&D process and product development, we test things at every stage of the way.
They are an extension of who we are as a company So we have a very interesting intimate relationship with our users in our communities.
