-- --
-- it's Wednesday march 23 -- this.
Season --
My name is great the only thing -- I am Bryant's thumb look at the -- that allows the podcast of indeterminate links brought you --
CNET. And other sponsors as well.
We are an episode 43 -- --
Stepping in admirably again yet been up to the plate and I can no he's on my you -- that'll be very big time look.
Soledad that's the favoured view and I will deliver -- -- -- amendment were always out right now on Beatles.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
Not sick and not virus like -- bug not not physically. But I go.
That's that is here that don't -- it could be now I'll we're gonna start things off we're gonna be going over to CTA in Orlando.
Kent German are.
The main man over there we have money -- there Kent German just -- court.
And right CNET TV people they're gonna be reporting from the floor intense and it kind of talk to us about some the new things that they have seen.
Out on the show floor on some of the new gadgets and obviously a lot of action happiness CK so we're gonna talk to him from -- we won't get to talk to him.
-- but he will give -- report what's happening now.
Hey guys and adherence to TH when he eleven in Orlando courts when the biggest cellphone shows that the -- the states do we tell us a lot about what happened today want.
Lot of Android tablet space.
Tell you more about what happened today I just met with Sony Ericsson they showed me in the Sony Ericsson experience -- course we saw that in Barcelona at mobile world congress but.
Pretty exciting because Sony Ericsson we know will be the first carrier to get that that's in the whole world so.
Excited about that is any Sony Ericsson fidelity found these and make it to Europe first -- make it -- they're getting it first so that's a big deal.
Also we know that the phone is coming -- its price and late April or early may think you mean exact price date with current price it would give me -- date either night.
We know be around that time also becoming -- Rogers in Canada of the GSM version but it's -- it -- it in North America.
We'll have a few -- -- and we'll get some games on it as well pre loaded.
Plus another eight to see flier that's another product that we thought Barcelona that's the Ecstasy tablets evidences that had that describe technology we could take that and you can write -- -- and you can actually sync up your written notes with I think announced.
I that it was really cool -- China like sealant on it like something must be pretty interesting.
That's coming to best buy that's -- Wi-Fi only version will become in April I think initially about 650 dollars.
And we don't know the price right now was for 99 euros so that's kind of a 650 range maybe 675.
I don't mean to get the tablet that a carrier -- -- -- to sign up for any data plan by you can albeit -- everything you get that was all the features that prominent player in Europe.
-- does have.
-- -- has only as gingerbread which kind of disappointed about but we know getting upgraded any comments employ.
I'm innocent people might argue that actually waiting for -- really fully baked partnership -- -- -- might be even better.
-- have the HLG real forgy that is the found it's new for AT&T.
See for AT&T in it is. Very similar to the LG Optimus three d.s -- tapes and records 3-D video.
That's just coming back later this later this summer not really -- -- would've seen a -- it's a prototype version right now.
And that three there's three video is pretty cool I think it's kinda -- on how much -- use it but the things afloat off the -- the effect is very subtle.
That's Android phone of course -- a lot of features so predicts that about that too.
But I'd hang on for more news on it taking a tour of a -- and switched today that's a place where rice and does -- -- can't -- route traffic through the networks I'll tell you what that looks like supposed to withstand a category five hurricane.
So I don't know whether it's in a concrete bunker or anything but -- takes about -- -- -- -- like.
We'll have more hands on videos we'll have more photo galleries and we'll have our best of CC IA coming later as well -- the best products of the show and tell you what they are.
-- -- -- kids are pretty good so far course emerges thing never ever Everett he's had not -- more about that leasing companies aren't I we'll see what happens there.
So I'm Kent German here at CTA 2011 in Orlando take it back to you.
Answer but -- report -- -- that the timing on that with an Apple.
Yeah like you guys guys -- there are listening to this there's that 102 lag between us and can't you wouldn't know --
-- --
Technical -- digital therefore you guys nicely done group yet there are very very very job a very welcome across the -- now I use your eyes can approach that when he said 3-D cameras inside the phone no they weren't -- -- bleeding.
There's a needle into my eyes bleed whenever anybody mentions 3-D because -- personally.
Not speaking for anybody else cannot stand -- -- the concept of 3-D and a 3-D and.
A mobile phone.
Well it's a ridiculous it's -- it's not going to be like in the final decision maker for a lot of people so.
On -- thank you so much for that grappled with some cool things that are coming out there.
And now will have continues reports and stories -- -- go to news dot cnet.com to find more about that -- also connect piggyback on that and talk about more of some of the fallout.
That's happened with the whole AT&T T-Mobile.
Merger Sprint's CEO Dan has recently said and this is as of yesterday about his concerns he planned to submit his concerns over eighteen -- proposed.
Acquisition of T-Mobile.
Seen that the deal hurts the wireless industry surprising absolutely nobody.
Now what's interesting about this those that I found is that.
During the panel -- on Verizon. AT&T and -- were all up.
All of together with arms at the you know -- to -- in CK one -- needed here is Verizon.
The agency at the -- they were not oppose it in.
When you think about that like -- in our exceed what we don't know this that or -- -- they haven't taken that's only on a proposition but what I'm saying is that.
It's almost in their interest not to.
Refute or objective this merger because Verizon's big boy.
In the future.
If they want you know they have an opportunity to continue to don't have another big not monopoly but a large carrier like this why would they.
Clinical original so much about 182 quarantine mobile went there -- are -- their plans when they wanted and -- if they're gonna buy sprint yeah.
And that they cannot complain Verizon rise and is an item and is backed into a corner here.
And then it then it'll things -- get go from bad where they are right now it even worse when we got two major carriers don't care about trickle all that'll crush anyone.
-- obviously sprint is going to try to block -- and anyway they can because that puts them.
He takes them from third to last. In the major carrier rates and their points are very -- the question is is it the job of the government regulators and agencies.
To say this is. Good for business -- good for competition -- -- for consumers or whatever and that's.
That's where this gets really. Quite confusing -- -- you do want to encourage competition innovation.
On the other hand we've been through this before and we broke up the phone companies for good reason and now here they are.
They're like.
They're like the terminator he you know you breaking into little tiny -- -- once -- little T 1000 specifically exactly right nicely done.
And -- I know Bethlehem.
It's early evidence yet that the telcos are totally T 1000 even -- -- -- -- and then they they come back together again he can't stop amid it's addictive and any got a break apart again with Sharpton.
And don't touch it doesn't mine and of looking like you.
Yes that's -- thing now also.
The merger would then give AT&T and Verizon they would hold about 79% of the US market if regulators do approve this.
Sprint shares on the use of everything fell 14%. And obviously there with you said they are -- -- the -- carry sultan.
You know the thing is still planning to have to be approved its gonna be about a year -- anything happens though the -- if you want Verizon stock at a discount right now by sprint.
-- -- -- --
Mark my words get it again today insider investing tips from -- no inside baseball that no inside information they're just.
But while that's production now and other mobile device news on the Samsung recently went out.
Kind of out of the -- and what they normally do and stop at the tablet surplus speculation so recently there were reports that.
Samsung's. Inventory and stock.
Was sky high somewhere in the one -- hundreds of thousands because the Galaxy Tab has not sold so well.
And kind of out of character.
And this is kind of almost -- now that there are so many rumors.
And you know speculation flying around that is treated like news and effects company -- -- an -- came out to.
Deny the fact that they're -- sales have led to the oversupply.
Did they -- they -- allowed -- to begin with.
And where they -- they have an oversupply which is that they did not -- if you stopped you know be otherwise -- -- combat what comes down to.
Yeah well I had the Galaxy Tab -- not a bad little product not but I.
People are gonna -- -- my case about this but I have seen exactly zero of them out there in the wild seen one have you really web -- it was at the airport.
Then -- is the litmus test as always how many of these devices you actually in the wild right.
And people say well you don't seem Francisco. That it's like that where the early adopters that we're not seeing any here.
There were there and I guarantee you they're not it's not doing that well yeah the good thing for -- what simply access yet to get the presents and that's the Kennedy announced --
New tablets that are to -- point two millimeters in Tanzania iPad. Might do whatever thinner than that they're still you know.
Then it is it I'm not saying nothing as good we like that and products and -- products but.
There's more to it and it's like when you try to fight with Apple on specs. Forget it you lose.
It's yet sorry it's already tapping into a certain degree at least with at the -- now also -- big news yesterday I don't think we really touched upon -- -- much but.
Mozilla launched Firefox four and everyone was happy -- excited by.
Firefox is even more excited because.
You know last week Microsoft announced that they released I.
And they post up the numbers of 2.3. Five million downloads. In the first point four hours.
-- would you take a guess for Mike for Firefox yearning of the numbers.
I don't give and take a random deaths of how many diesel they were valid -- for hours without -- article.
Nothing -- was you -- great --
Only. Is six --
That's pretty good -- it --
It was is actually six million and it's fast approaching seven million rate thank you very much and I -- an -- -- I've only been doing this since 1988 to.
The new magic eight ball provides -- rates so.
On the out the Firefox soaring into one of the reasons why you know I.
XP -- yet supplanting Microsoft.
Basically. Gave the competition this gigantic gift by creating IE 94. Win seven.
While. It doesn't work on XP meanwhile.
Chrome and Firefox work just fine entry on XP and you've got to wonder what the heck they are smoking -- Microsoft to think.
And obviously they want to get people off -- XP.
But giving.
Your install base to your competitors is not the best way to do it.
Especially when it comes to browsers and -- -- lot I mean people everyone here what you can sometimes use a browser and you just don't care anymore you don't care to switch.
-- item on an old one although I tell you something the browser becoming so similar in many ways I mean there there.
Their close -- speed for most people the architectures are becoming the same -- use in the coming in -- that's similar features.
That switching is actually quite easy -- I downloaded Firefox four yesterday my Mac normally use Chrome.
And I was using it for awhile and I forgot it was like -- -- white as this one keystroke that I used to and Chrome not work this customization -- that not work with -- Firefox I've been using for hours like.
We need to know.
I I just got.
It happens there there are there's a lot more parity between now also on the in an update because with Firefox the -- and promised to them right back.
Chrome throughout their April 11 --
With the ability to use speech in place now that is that -- uninteresting mrs.
So this is Chrome right now that version ten and if you go into I don't know I forget that the how you do it but you can get -- the -- that made there's a developer site.
Access -- different versions of the data BI agents that a little toggle and you'll get the beta versions which are generally pretty stable or you can even get the -- versions which are even more advanced but.
Trust me on this will mess up your computer -- really bad I did that.
-- -- eleven will have speech recognition which is.
Part of of the standard now that kind of get this and taking a five I guess.
And yet what's amazing about it -- is like.
You already talk about how Google's voice integration with there Android operating system how tight and clean and accurate is happy -- -- -- browser and then also just opens up a whole bunch of new accessibility options and in a web browser.
Because I don't.
I'd be different say I mean I don't have any kind of you know.
Immediate viewing disability per -- but I'm sure browsing the web or searching for information and what not is not the most accessible thing.
Via the -- -- the alien voice commands in the voice search you know that's that's that's killer.
It's the people start to write the voice feedback -- instruments are designed pages with you know -- response -- -- interest and also in Chrome eleven is. Direct hardware.
It's -- integration into the graphics cards.
-- get much better performance on your.
When your web apps.
Excellent Alamo also you know we're talking a bunch of of the browsers because a lot of browser battle wars going on and on Microsoft he.
Use a kind of a clever way to promote IE -- --
With in of Firefox tweeters will look into Twitter feeds or piper Modine.
And pain for whenever someone you know any surgical feature in Firefox.
Any or Trojan fired by any search via he had not like does that happen at any search result for -- --
Which show an ad for IE nine at the top of Twitter the and the Twitter search.
Very very smart -- in the system.
Well -- we've gotta do it didn't help them increase their numbers them much needed help a little bit but not enough.
Yet not put over the heads are people really searching for Firefox is a term on Twitter.
Well with Twitter search is one of the most.
You know useful search engines there is because if you wanna see what's happening now as opposed to -- and Google decided to crawl something.
Twitter search is great now of course school does have -- search results in.
In page but if what you really wanna know is.
What roads are closed in the middle of this winter storm -- -- ago that Google answered true.
Right now and take a little break -- we Bakalar return.
Fair use for newspapers and take stuff back.
Xilinx also Netflix you Desmond -- the outage we'll talk about that and much.
But the guys welcome back to buzz out loud rate was intrigued by the melodic tones that -- now we began with four perfectly good -- inevitable.
For flat spot smoking Rex. It was nice it was nice all right alma back to the news copyright troll. Right -- --
Has achieved a fair use -- now we've talked about this in the past but just a kind of refresh your memory of who -- -- --
Basically they're a partnership. Between.
And -- Vegas attorney.
And what -- aid deal or have done.
Is essentially -- file lawsuits against a variety of nonprofits and bloggers that have re purpose their articles sometimes publishing excerpts on the Internet or sometimes publishing the entire.
Article on the Internet and what they've done is they've gone after them.
Try to get some -- -- settlement or if not they -- gonna -- -- -- -- -- 100000 -- like this is what this is their business.
I think there's a key point there that you got bring get everything right except for one and quietly -- which is what these guys do is they don't Google and try to get a meager settlement they do everything he said.
And then they sue the company.
Claiming copyright infringement with out giving him the chance to settle they go straight to the courts the -- don't want them I don't -- and -- letter and on demand and extreme. Settlement via the courts.
It is the living definition of being -- -- any sort patent copyright whatever this is what you do you wait for somebody to do something you think you might have an action against and a new attack on -- the power of -- with a blinding light of a million suns.
And what's beautiful about this particular story is the incredible backfire.
From the court itself and what happened to write -- -- -- --
What happened is they they did this suit against. Some it was this is or it was or again.
-- center for entered in a cultural organizing seller again this that are reprinted.
A story or an -- threatening with in this case was a whole story in -- for entire story and they got you know slammed by right haven't.
And in federal court the judge said.
Sorry.
This is fair use you lose. Which actually is uninteresting case. Because this was.
Looked on the surface like in a pretty egregious violation because they took a whole document -- -- the entire article via.
And the judge says. This is fair use there is no cause here setting right havens entire operation. Well basically knocking back the medieval ages.
-- one of the arguments that the judge uses that.
-- the so long is that the article did not unfairly hinder the market for the original stories a lot of these nonprofits that are.
In completely different regions that don't have any bearing or they're not taking a readership in fact they're probably extending the reach.
The Las Vegas review journal -- because there is no overlap that was one of the reasons why the judge says.
This is okay and and raven has been going up not only -- small -- products -- -- on a blogger there at one of -- look like a -- blogger who had twenty people who viewed.
What right it's one thing to write -- does here sometimes it according to the story is that.
Say. You're the subject of -- somebody writes a story about you or your business.
And you think wow what a great little story they've written about the take a couple of sentences from -- -- -- put it on your own blog so you're the subject of the story.
Linking you know with an expert linking back to some news story.
Then you get sued by writing -- -- on their behalf.
It's ridiculous this whole story.
And I love seeing the court saying you know what you have no cause here this is ridiculous in fact.
This ruling sets their their whole operation back because it it it's precedent that they have a -- time overcoming.
This story -- what go through my mind.
Is the video of that little scrawny kid bullying the big guy and the getting slammed on the ground.
That's what happened here little scrawny write him was bullying that the the little guy has been a -- a whole little systems that I've had enough of this it's Lamo.
Yeah I don't think so so job courts yeah actually so it you know the thing about this is will people use this case in the future to argue for fair use you know a lot of times.
Online publications this.
We could see this being used in the future -- you know someone come clean about using the you know like let's take something from -- time.
Something from the Wall Street Journal -- in a personal well -- you know they're not going after people that.
The ruling from what I -- the quick read I gave -- this the ruling with specific enough to not.
Obviate fair use and and not cause all sorts of trouble saying hey that this will be appealed -- citizen of that ruling -- rulings that you know there's no.
Overlap of distribution. And and stuff like that this this is not a bad thing this isn't saying.
That anybody can copy anything and put up on their blog and steel that's not what this ruling is about.
I think was pretty good I hope stance.
So on Tuesday news -- that -- now also in the tech world a lot of people are talking about Netflix I --
-- Netflix is dominating what we do at night.
Netflix suffered a two hour on -- you do lol. Hello no I'm not on Netflix tried not not not of those dollars.
Netflix suffered an outage for at least two hours a -- newly -- it's not access to their cues.
Com they did it is backed up and running but things like the iPad app anything that -- with Netflix.
With taken down.
People are I think Netflix makes -- from your only 20% of traffic yet in the evening -- in the US dollars this I think this outage was sponsored by Amazon's book business.
Read a book people.
The so people were afraid also in kind of related outages -- to dwell on a word press was also outsold many of the tech blogs -- kind of like.
Where some -- -- people.
And affected -- from publishing so it did it when we bodies were reviewed me. We do.
Should address that reason we're gonna tell us what I get my blog with them I didn't even notice that my own blog.
Also. In Netflix streaming new showtime.
Has decided on that they will not make some of their current episodes or current seasons of their content available on Netflix now there are shows.
Like Dexter and California -- in the first in the first -- burst of complications and per second.
First and second season Dextre there are available Netflix but -- you know what they're in the subscription business model.
This is this is entering this is a direct reaction to Netflix going into the content business by signing up -- for their show he and and -- it's kind of weird because.
It it says that companies that are doing.
Content and distribution. Are -- mixed up I mean if we do if you do shows.
And you can do a deal Netflix get your show distributed people who are using Netflix and that's great as long as you make some money and Angel and all that Netflix is still streaming -- during those hours expect it.
But to say that -- our shows we're gonna produce -- shows the -- distribute the shows are gonna have try to have a whole vertically integrated network.
And there for another emerging vertically integrated network like Netflix can't have a shows.
It means that if you basically if you want to get all the content you want to get now you're going to need on your iPad or your TV you're gonna need.
The showtime mapped Netflix app -- the whatever the whole thing we might the beginning of massive fracturing. Of television viewing at what this does Hulu I don't know interest.
I mean to them to the viewing online on TV waiting -- -- which -- you pay for its already fractured you know -- and that the thing about this is.
Okay I get showtime is also -- -- CBS.
Run operation as well which and CBS has -- the most -- for streaming content but at the same time if they're taking some of this content down.
I don't see how that helps them -- -- because a lot of times Netflix is used now for discovery for people who.
Did he get a lot to show years ago -- and they wanted they get locked into it and -- they end up potentially painful or.
The models are the shows on HBO -- that doesn't help them.
Yeah I've talked to some of the people here. CBS about why they do things this way without giving up too much its -- I will say that.
The decisions that are made here about what shows put where weather on Netflix or -- or -- are not made lightly it's all part of the calculation designed to.
To get people to watch shows and to increase the revenue from the shows and it's all experiment let's put this whole thing is years from being shaken out.
All the decisions they did they have their own little you know they have his own little matrix and --
You know to optimize every cent they can like -- -- -- it -- but it's what isn't -- an it is with an eye towards a long term towards.
Towards keeping the audience happy and growing and making money not just money now and of -- it's it's all very -- calculation.
Known in a term maybe not so money now but -- long -- run that New York Times is still trying to do with their pay wall.
And on have you know people pay for their content New York Times asking Twitter to shut down -- -- -- -- there have been a few Twitter feeds.
-- -- -- -- -- --
Two New York times' own content that allows them to essentially skirt around the -- -- and New York Times asking Twitter to shut them down.
Now the New York Times is in a very interesting spot here obviously they wanna make money from the continent need to make electronically because the print -- -- the stuff is dying and forgetting for the moment how much they're charging for this they have to strike the balance.
Between trying to get money for their their subscribers and yet.
They need their stories to circulate.
Don't -- put a link up to a New York Times story people need to be able to read it to people read the stories New York time makes money from that readership.
So they've they have what is looks like is designed intentionally. To be a very leaky probably pay wall.
And some people are taking advantage of it and some people are saying.
Oh we can get around -- pay -- with these four lines of JavaScript code and that that's just gaming the system.
-- that I find that little bit disturbing that people think it's okay to try to you know basically get all this content for free because you can.
Yeah I mean at some point some Elliott has heard does pervasive and Internet culture these days straight -- I mean there there's a point where.
Like I mean I'm I'm more of a grown up now like I pay for the things I like you know whether you know the Amazon and -- tracks like I've decided against iTunes but.
That that -- -- that is still there which is.
Amongst my friends -- they still think everything on -- industry and there's gotta be a point where you papers near you need a better class of print.
-- and CD peoples against us in all -- New York Times economist reading you know scoff laws that's.
Yet not now Mike and also -- we have this little info graphic showing you know what why people might you know.
Although everything -- -- for free why people might be trying to skirt around our system did to my point here it's yet this is.
Ridiculous I mean there -- the red bar there is if you wanna get the New York Times content and all your devices is going to cost you fortune -- five dollars a year here why is this because if you want the New York Times electronically.
You can get the you get the tablet version which is some amount of money.
That if you wanna also get it on your iPhone.
That's an additional amount of money you can't just subscribe to the New York Times electronic version and get it everywhere you have to start to the differently remodeled.
The the journal did the same thing a while ago and I think they might still be doing it although they charge less with the behind discharging I mean it.
Paying for content that's one thing but making people pay.
With the same content multiple times just because they haven't have one device that had -- -- -- -- one device has forged green is just nuts -- and that he makes my blood.
Boil. It makes your blood close ties that little red barn -- look at this cool let's take a look at that info graphically quickly again.
Just give you little breakdown of some of these services via economist on the yearly comes in at 110 dollars.
The Wall Street Journal.
For a year service that is again using a multiple devices 207 dollars.
The times 455. Dollars that -- that is I mean that's not even -- -- -- marketing oils.
I don't I really I -- I -- half -- I get the times that on paper they get the Sunday Times paper delivery.
Primarily -- get -- print the online version that had version which comes with it.
If I also want to read it and I'm fine with that I would like to kill the print subscription and just go iPad only.
But every now then I wanna read a story on my on my phone and to think that that's the threat extra for that that just makes me --
It's of -- it's absurd -- angered her anger.
Omelet and to -- -- transition over some news in the sound.
Executives world of people stepping down Mac software. Ever -- vice president senior VP.
-- -- -- --
-- -- lay you might have seen him when he did a presentation of -- he will be.
-- mean the company he's been actually tied to Steve Jobs and even.
On that the company next which is -- one of the roots of where OS-X started.
For about 2.2 years now so I don't know if he's tired but also there's another indication what we've been timeout as.
Why might he be leaving -- -- EC -- OS-X looks like lately and now violence looks a lot like violence.
That's you know he's made of money he's.
Then good for Apple and but since then he's leaving in the middle of the line in development as a major update line -- and it's and it's Expos becoming -- dropping sometime this summer here but today he he's stepping out there are also I don't this is not good growth -- I might believe.
I don't think it's good for -- they have --
I panel analyst -- one of the Hispanic members and -- he's you know he did a demo of Mac OS-X -- recently at the most.
The most recent demo but you know -- -- -- been there forever so.
-- now I was at recently impressive at the story says the -- -- not saying that the story and think he's leaving to spend more time with the family they knew him the best -- of all -- it's like.
He -- to do is the new cool stuff yeah Andy -- so more power to -- yet actually also on it kind of a little on it she timing coupons president and CEO rob Solomon.
Has stepped down in this -- is the reason why the time and this might be -- is that we know that group on has been on kind of in the middle.
Of IP only in potentially with.
Ridiculous like valuations. In Newton.
Billion gallons of billions -- twenty billion nobody believes a pre -- accompany at this stage of pre IPO ish goodness with the amount of money involved -- of something else going on now it's possible that -- here has.
He shares with.
Fully vest and locked up so no matter what happens makes money but this is not good for the stock.
And let.
People's that this might be fallout from the hole in the Paul that that ads thing right out and I hand back the little ones Leo know and complain enough where.
Did the company is -- the -- and -- -- -- itself.
Okay I join you one thing about this Blackberry maps story.
Oh sure -- so what are some senators. Where is that in US senators Frank Lautenberg from New Jersey and Harry Reid from New Jersey and Schumer from New York.
Etc. have I've got.
Rim the guys make the Blackberry to remove from their online store and app that helps drunk drivers they say evade police.
What this is it is an app that shows you where they the the police have do you like checkpoints that up.
So you can route around them if you're.
Too drunk to get past the checkpoint but sober enough to read a Blackberry and drive around. Now this is an interesting. Debate here I think.
-- -- --
-- -- --
Checkpoints are often set up by police departments and -- widely publicized. Not just to catch drunk drivers which they do.
But also to send a message to everybody in -- city.
You may not drive drunk tonight it's a public service we are making the roads safely guess -- home and that's what people this acknowledges that the --
Checkpoints everywhere I'm not in metabolic going to be too drunk to drive around them so I'm just gonna have somebody else -- so by taking this app off line the question is.
Is it actually doing the right thing or is -- jets.
Diminishing. The ability of of -- police force to have its.
Different -- -- workable for a deterrent deterrent effect I don't know.
In a -- I mean and it centers also last across the board.
And in other scene of Blackberry will remove them -- sales -- style less an Android apps to take themselves down Canada at their request.
Yet and I mean I who knows that -- responded that but on.
Denied having the checkpoint -- in place I think that's and I think it's an important thing -- reads from Nevada and okay got it -- -- -- you know we're going to pick things up a little bit with the little quick --
Our right Apple has been you know trying to defend and protect her trademark for the App Store there also -- doing this for.
Specific apps on Android.
So there's and it.
-- service called me candy it's funny that actually know about that because they have recovered along ethnic.
But they -- -- with a cease and desist letter from Apple over its term the App Store.
-- it was called it was pitching itself as the world's first App Store for adults.
Okay so since then they've announced Apple doesn't like App Store wedding -- that -- and the -- -- pour in yesterday go to double -- from the start on agents in clinical appointment.
-- -- -- -- --
It is -- -- is so -- now teens themselves to India meet and the app marked -- -- for Apple.
