>> Hi I'm Will Greenwald, associate editor for CNET.com and this is the Canon power shot A460 digital camera. This is a basic five mega pixel, budget camera, it's not too small, not to high-tech and most importantly it's not too expensive. Now at five mega pixels this does sort of lag behind even most budget cameras, which will be around six mega pixels but it does have a few advantages which many budget compact cameras won't have. The lens is actually a four X zoom, rather than the standard three X so he will be getting a little bit more zoom power and while the LCD screen is only 2 inches, it does leave enough room for a little optical viewfinder. Now you won't get a lot of control out of this camera because it's basically a pure point and shoot, it has some scene modes, you can change settings like iso-sensitivity but you won't be doing any manual focusing, aperture, shutter priority, any of those fancy features, it's pretty much just turn on, point and shoot, but for the price it could be a decent digital camera. I'm Will Greenwald and this is the Canon power shot A460.
