At first glance this $1200 high-end top load GE washer offers so, so much.
It has a beautiful design.
The Metallic grey finish that reminds me a lot of the Samsung washer I reviewed recently with the built-in sink, that's also top load.
I also like it's transparent lid, so you can actually check on the load while it's running.
And it has a pretty intuitive display, a lot nicer than some of the other GE models.
Models we've reviewed.
It even has a GE laundry app available for Android and iPhones that looks beautiful and really intuitive.
It even works with [UNKNOWN] but the drawback is that you can't actually initiate a cleaning cycle, start it or stop it remotely.
You actually have to do that here in person.
And the only thing you can do on the app is actually just track its status once its already started.
Unfortunately the performance just wasn't great which is really disappointing given Given its high price.
So even though this washer's performance wasn't great, it still has some potential, but I'd definitely consider looking at the competition before you buy.
