Hey guys, this is Brian Bennett for c/net appliances.
And we are at the International Housewares Show 2015, in Chicago.
And we're taking a look at the Blendtec Connect Food Prep System.
Now as you can see, we've got three small appliances that are all linked together over Bluetooth.
And they talk to this.
IPad here, and it's basically going to enable you to get recipes right on this iPad and go through the list, add your ingredients, and all these products will know what to do.
They'll know the settings that you need to use, they'll know how long they need to blend, they'll also keep track of what you're putting into it.
And, it's all about how to basically smartify your countertop and your kitchen prep.
So, this system is really just to show off the technology, the actual products here that you see, there's a connect scale and a connect blender, as well as a connect mixer.
These all do not have pricing or availability yet.
But hopefully we'll see them sometime in the fall.
We'll have to wait and see.
I'm Brian Bennett for cnet.com.
And we've just taken a look at the Blendtec Connect food prep system.
