The app breaks the packing into categories like bedding and computer supplies, and even lets you customize your list. Finally, send your student off with the tools to keep herself cash positive. University Values, a free app for both types of phones, alerts kids of nearby deals and coupons at all their favorite stores and restaurants. In San Francisco, I'm Kara Tsuboi, CNet.com, for CBS News. [MUSIC]
