3 tech tools for tracking your sleep
[MUSIC]
Samsung is getting into the sleep tracking game.
SLEEPsense is a round sensor that you can slip under any mattress.
Throughout the night, the sensor collects your movement data and uses it to determine how you slept.
You can even sync it with other smart devices.
So, for example, you can program it to turn off your TV when you fall asleep.
The device will be available winter of 2015.
Wrist trackers are one of the more popular solutions for tracking sleep.
Devices like the Jawbone Up and Fitbit use an accelerometer to track your movements.
So each morning you can wake up and see how you slept using an app on your phone.
Finally, your phone can be turned into a sleep tracker.
Apps like Sleep Cycle, SleepBot, and Sleep Time track your sleep with your phone's accelerometer.
All you have to do is put your phone on the mattress next to you.
