T-Mobile has announced that its new MyTouch and MyTouch Q handsets will be available online starting November 2 and in retail stores starting November 9. They will be $79.99 each after the usual two-year service agreements.

A departure from previous MyTouch handsets like the MyTouch 4G Slide and the MyTouch 4G, the new MyTouch phones are made by LG instead of HTC. Even though both are designated as entry-level smartphones, they run the latest Android Gingerbread firmware. Both have a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, a 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video capture, a front-facing camera, and support for Netflix streaming.

The MyTouch has a 3.8-inch display, while the MyTouch Q has a 3.5-inch display with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The MyTouch is available in black and white, and the MyTouch Q is available in gray and violet.
