Qwest Communications International, a Denver-based communications company, has begun offering "hosted" Microsoft Exchange server-based services. The company will host Exchange servers in its Qwest CyberCenters, connecting them directly to its fiber optic network. Qwest is offering outsourced email and messaging applications to business customers for a monthly fee. Microsoft invested $200 million in Qwest a year ago.
