Nokia showed off its latest Windows phone, the Nokia Lumia 1020, at a press conference in New York on Thursday.

The star feature of the Lumia 1020 is a 41-megapixel camera with a backside illuminated sensor designed to take supersharp pictures.

The device also sports a colorful, matte, polycarbonate chassis in yellow, white, or black, and a 4.5-inch high-resolution screen. Inside, the 1020 packs a 1.5Ghz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 32GB of internal storage.
