Some PayPal users are peeved about getting double-charged on some transactions since September 6. PayPal is working hard on a fix. In the meantime, one customer was told he'd need to file 20 separate refund requests for 20 invalid charges to his account. Maybe he could just file 10 requests and have PayPal duplicate them.
