Novell today shipped GroupWise Workflow Professional, a graphical public beta version of its workflow automation tool. The tool allows users to improve the efficiency of business processes, managing the flow of work within an organization through the email interface of GroupWise 5.2 by placing icons on the workflow canvas and drawing arrows to assign steps in the work flow to their coworkers. Workflow authors also can include instructions on completing the task. Pricing was not available.
