Short: Dialogic, Aurum integrate products

Dialogic and Aurum Software announced plans to integrate Dialogic's computer telephony server software, CT-Connect, with Aurum's TeleTrak for call centers. This integration will be introduced at the Internet & Call Center Expo October 9 and 10 in Atlanta. CT-Connect is an open, standards-based computer telephony integration gateway that supports a wide range of programming interfaces, operating systems, and network environments.
