Pre In Waiting

I'm beginning to feel like my Pre is pregnant. Like I know what's in there, but I haven't had the chance to really meet it, nor will I till it's on my own phone number and I can be rid of this "two phones to cover my life" deal.

I'm beginning to feel like my Pre is pregnant. Like I know what's in there, but I haven't had the chance to really meet it, nor will I till it's on my own phone number and I can be rid of this "two phones to cover my life" deal.

I've got contacts texting me on two different numbers. Friends and family alike are confused. Do you have any idea how confusing it is when they send one text to the new phone, you reply, and then they replay to the old phone? Unless you have them both in your hand, you miss that last reply and the conversation comes to an abrupt end.

Sprint Sprint
Sprint, I would recommend, if you do a promotion like this again, find out if the person receiving the phone has a plan that will work with the phone. If so, put it directly on their plan instead of this double-account deal. If you'd like to offer the free service for a few months (something I know we're all grateful for!!!) why don't you just credit the amount toward their current plan?

So far, my experience with both Palm and Sprint has been wonderful. The folks at CNET are taking good care of us, and are currently mediating with Sprint for me to get my Pre on my own account so I'll be able to experience the full potential of the Palm Pre.

I'm ready to meet this baby. Really meet her.
