Two days after researchers at iDefense, a security vendor, found a serious buffer overflow error within the Opera 9.01 browser, Opera has released a security update, Opera 9.02. The vulnerability, , results from a boundary error when processing overly long URLs. Successful exploitation could lead to remote code execution on vulnerable systems.
