Motorola buys RiverDelta Networks
Handset maker Motorola announced Monday it has agreed to acquire RiverDelta Networks in a deal valued at $300 million. RiverDelta, based in Tewksbury, Mass., makes broadband routing, switching and cable-modem systems. The deal is a stock swap, in which Motorola will buy all of RiverDelta Networks' capital stock in exchange for shares of Motorola common stock, according to an announcement from Motorola.
