Just days after we heard Cingular would launch the Motorola Razr V3i this week, it now appears the phone is delayed yet again until the first week of September. While that's the official word from the carrier, CNET readers have spotted the iTunes Razr in stores. It has yet to appear, however, on Cingular's Web site. Stay tuned; we'll continue to keep you informed. We'll also post a review as soon as we get a demo model.
