LG's 3G CU320

LG's 3G CU320

At a press conference this morning, LG announced a new GSM cell phone for 3G networks. The LG CU320 will support Cingular's emerging 3G UMTS network, which--once it's up and running later this year--will deliver streaming video and audio, as well as fast download speeds. Other features on the slider phone include a 1.3-megapixel camera with a flash and a rotating camera lens; Bluetooth; a speakerphone; a POP3 e-mail client; personal-organizer applications; text and multimedia messaging (AOL, Yahoo, and ICQ); polyphonic ring-tone support; and an MP3 player. Internal memory is generous at 64MB, and the CU320 also comes with a TransFlash card slot. One really cool feature is that you'll be able to use voice and data features simultaneously. The triband (GSM 850/1800/1900) LG CU320 should launch by this April.
