LG will reveal a G Pro 2 smartphone sometime next month.

In a Korean press release posted Monday, the mobile phone maker confirmed February for the grand unveiling. Though LG didn't give a specific date, odds are good that the phone will pop up at Mobile World Congress, which takes place in Barcelona from February 24 to 27.

LG didn't spill the beans on any specs for the new phone. The current G Pro, formerly the Optimus G Pro, includes a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, 2GB of memory, 32GB of internal storage, and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera.
