A perfect 10?

CNET

HTC unveiled a new phone Tuesday, but reviewers so far seem unimpressed. The HTC 10 packs in plenty of top-end tech and a slick, aluminum design. We discuss whether that's going to be enough to get HTC noticed in a crowded smartphone market where innovations are few and far between.

We also hit on Ford's work on an autonomous car that can drive in the dark and porn site XHamster deciding to lock out users in North Carolina, a protest against the state's new anti-transgender law.

The 3:59 gives you bite-size news and analysis about the top stories of the day, brought to you by CNET Executive Editor Roger Cheng (currently on parental leave), Senior Writer Ben Fox Rubin and Producer Bryan VanGelder.
