Disney Mobile announced

Call it the anti-Mobile ESPN. Disney today took the wraps off Disney Mobile, a new MVNO aimed at teens and families. Beyond offering a range of Disney content, including access to Disney Radio, the service will feature parental control designed to limit a phone's usage. Parents can set when the phone is used and which numbers it can call, determine spending allowances for both calls and messages, locate their kids with GPS capabilities, and send family messages. The controls can be set through an online interface or on their child's handset. Pricing plans are still in development, but one of its first handsets is the candy apple-red LG DM-L200. Although it has a simplified menu interface, the phone packs a surprising punch. Included are a 1.3-megapixel camera, a speakerphone, Bluetooth, and voice dialing. The service will launch in June.
