That's the pitch Sprint is using for its latest deal. The wireless provider is offering two of Samsung's newest phones for a total of $31.25/month (in addition to wireless service charges). The catch? You need to activate two new lines of service, or one new line and one upgrade.
Sprint also offers a "Galaxy Forever" program, which lets users upgrade to the latest Samsung flagship phone after 12 months of payments.
