Short: WebPainter 1.0 is beta testing

Totally Hip Software announced the public beta of WebPainter 1.0 for Windows 95 and NT is available at its Web site. The painting software's open standard importing and exporting capabilities make it compatible with existing authoring and design tools. WebPainter 1.0 combines 2D color bitmap paint capabilities with animation tools. The commercial product will be available in November.
