Short Take: Two Lucent execs leave company

Two Lucent Technologies executives have left as the company continues to reorganize. John Drew, executive vice president and chief executive of Lucent's NetworkCare Professional Services, will leave as the company consolidates its three services units into one. John Heindel, currently president of Lucent's Saudi Arabian branch, will become chief executive of the company's new professional services organization, called Lucent Integrated Services. Nina Aversano, president of Lucent's North America sales region, is retiring at the end of the year. She will be replaced by Bill Nelson, a former Lucent general manager.
