Short Take: Pac Bell seeks to delay vote on new ISDN rates

Pacific Bell has filed a motion asking the California Public Utilities Commission to hold its vote regarding the Pac Bell's ISDN rate hike proposal until February 5. The vote set for Thursday could raise rates by 20 percent over a one-year period if a newly released proposal by a CPUC regulatory judge is approved.
