Short Take: NorthPoint rolls out DSL in four markets

NorthPoint Communications, a nationwide wholesaler of digital subscriber lines (DSL), has expanded its service offering into four new markets including Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, and Portland, Oregon. The company is working with US West for the first time and now has DSL coverage in all the major regional phone company territories. NorthPoint now offers service in 24 markets and intends to offer DSL in 28 markets by the end of the year.
