Short Take: MindSpring files for public offering

ISP MindSpring Enterprises has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of 1.65 million shares of its common stock, of which 1 million shares will be new shares issued by the company and 650,000 shares will be offered by certain selling stockholders. The offering is expected to be completed in June.
