Short Take: Mindspring debuts ISDN service

is offering ISDN Internet service to the Atlanta market. A full-time connection to the Net is priced at $250 a month for 64-kbps service and $400 for 128-kbps service. There is also a one-time $250 set-up fee, which includes a domain name, Web page storage, and toll-free customer support. MindSpring will expand the service to other cities later this year.
