Short Take: Internet Media buys another ISP

Internet Media has signed a definitive agreement to buy Internet service provider Santa Fe Trail for an undisclosed sum. The cash-and-stock deal is expected to close early in the fourth quarter, the company said. The ISP acquisition is Internet Media's third during the last month, and its second in the Santa Fe, New Mexico, region. Internet Media is a dial-up and wireless Net access provider.
