Short Take: IBM adds chat to alpha site

IBM is adding discussion and chat capabilities to its alphaWorks Web site, which puts early-stage technologies from IBM's research labs on the Web for others to test. Called Community Exchange, this new feature is built on Lotus Notes and the Domino Web server from IBM's Lotus Development subsidiary and will also allow threaded discussions.
