Short: Borland is shipping IntraBuilder

Borland International is shipping its new IntraBuilder rapid application development tools for building database applications that run on Web servers. The product may be evaluated free of charge for 30 days by downloading it from the company's Web site or from Netscape Communications' home page during the week of October 21. The IntraBuilder, which lets developers use Netscape's JavaScript while shielding them from the language's complex syntax, retails for $99.95. A version for database and Web developers is $499.95, with a client-server version scheduled to ship later this year for $1,995.
