Snapchat wants everyone's attention...even die-hard football fans.

Snapchat worked with the National Football League to add an NFL channel to the app's Discover feature.

The new Discover channel, announced Tuesday, expands on the NFL's partnership with Snapchat from the 2015 football season. Snapchat already publishes Live Stories from sports games, but the NFL will be the first league with a channel dedicated to its content.

"The NFL has been a tremendous partner over the last year and a half as we've worked to expand our premium sports coverage," said Ben Schwerin, head of partnerships for Snapchat, in a press release.

The NFL is also creating geofilters for all 32 NFL teams that Snapchat users can add to their photos and videos at NFL stadiums, practice facilities and other "select venues."

"We're excited to expand our partnership with Snapchat," Blake Stuchin, director of the NFL's digital media business development, said in an emailed statement, "The launch of the NFL on Discover will provide a key touch point to follow storylines throughout the week."
