It was a bit of a mishmash in the Federal Communications Commission's certification labs this week. Among other models, we saw the RIM BlackBerry Torch, the curious Motorola Flipout swivel handset, and what appears to be a Windows Phone 7 device from HTC.

And to save you the trouble, Crave has combed through the database for you. Here are a selection of filings from the past week on new and upcoming cell phones. Click through to read the full report.
