LG is getting down with some serious swooshy-wooshy sounds to announce the LG Chocolate BL20 on YouTube, a smaller and most likely cheaper cousin to the stretch-limo phone, the LG Chocolate BL40.
The video shows off the Chocolate BL20's 5-megapixel camera with LED photo light and touch-sensitive keys on the front and the side. It's also joined the march of widget world domination with a shortcut key to switch between the little apps that display weather, news and the like.
The Chocolate BL20 looks similar to the LG Chocolate KG800, which we dubbed "possibly the best-looking phone ever" in our review. But we weren't fans of the KG800's occasionally unresponsive touchpad, so if LG has sorted that out in the BL20 -- and keeps the price down -- we could be in love all over again.
LG is keeping its mouth shut about when we can expect to see the Chocolate BL20 in the shops, so stay tuned for more info on this slider.
Update: In the meantime, the long-and-luscious Chocolate BL40 is in stock and for sale at Carphone Warehouse minion mobiles.co.uk from free on a £30-per-month contract.
