An angry Time Warner shareholder says an alliance with AOL and Google would . And as part of the deal, Google has apparently agreed to a linking scheme that Microsoft said was unethical. Plus, AOL almost destroyed Time Warner. Anyone else getting kind of a "poison apple" vibe?
