The way , Dell's XPS M1710 gaming laptop will get a little brother later this month. Rumor is that Dell will release the XPS M1210 in May, which will feature a 12.1-inch screen, an Intel Core Duo processor, and either Nvidia 7300 or ATI X1300 graphics.

We expect the XPS M1210 might look something like the Inspiron m710. Aside from its outdated specs, we liked the Inspiron 710m when we reviewed it in January. The ultraportable features 12.1-inch wide-screen display and superb battery life (with a high-capacity cell). Dell might have something of a winner on its hands if it brings current technology to such a well-designed, portable package. It'll also be interesting to see how the XPS M1210 will compare to Alienware's 12.1-inch laptop, the Sentia m3200, now that Dell owns Alienware.
