Comcast forms new business services unit

Comcast, a major cable operator, has formed a new unit aimed at delivering a package of communications and internal corporate networking services to business customers. The new division, Comcast Business Communications, will create tailored packages of services for customers' specific needs, the company said. The unit, which will be led by President Robert Keane, will initially serve Baltimore but will expand into six more markets this year.
