Cell phone turnoff from Norway

Cell phone haters have a new weapon. Norway-based ICE International has started selling a way to automatically turn off other people's cell phones, based on Bluetooth technology. The product is already in use at two locations in Norway: Haukeland Hospital and the Bergen Airport, which is located in the same city where ICE is based. Both say safety concerns, such as cell phones left on by airline passengers, prompted the technology's use.
