Cell phone turnoff from Norway

Cell phone haters have a new weapon. Norway-based ICE International has started selling a way to automatically turn off other people's cell phones, based on Bluetooth technology. Both say safety concerns, such as cell phones left on by airline passengers, prompted the technology's use.
