AT&T improves its NYC 3G coverage--really?
A request for readers to chime in about their AT&T 3G experience in New York City.
When we first heard that AT&T had completed its efforts to upgrade its 3G performance in New York City, our first reaction was, "really?" Excuse us for our skepticism, but we've heard this sort of claim before, and we want to see some proper evidence that this is the case.
For that, we'll need your help. If any of you AT&T subscribers in the NYC area could write in describing where exactly in the city your big problem spots have been, and whether or not your performance has improved, please let us know in the comments below.
Update: We've heard from an AT&T representative that the upgrade was done in one local initiative that covers Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens, and that they're still working on improvements. So if you live or work in any of those areas, let us know if you've seen improvements in your AT&T coverage.
